We moved into our house a year ago and always knew we would end up getting solar as we would have to use the ac in the summer months. After we got a $400 bill we knew it was finally time to get solar. We had pool solar on but It always seemed that the pool was not as warm as it should have been. We are so thankful that we found Ben because he got up on the roof and confirmed it. Our pool solar had been painted over when the past owners were getting ready to sell the house.Ben was able to not only help us to get solar but also was able to replace our pool solar. Ben checked around for the best prices and wanted to make sure that we could still keep some pool solar up with the new panels. he was always in contact with us weekly and if we had any questions at all he was available to answer.
I did not know much about solar or options with solar but after talking with Ben and how knowledgable he is I feel like now I am very educated. He really cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Ben's office is out of Oakland and we live about an hour away. He came out and met with us multiple times and was there for the whole process. I couldn't have trusted someone more than Ben. The whole process was very fast and the installation took about 4-5 hours. We are very satisfied going with Ben at avatar energy solutions and our system. If you have any questions at all you should definitely contact Ben. You will not be disappointed.
